• It’s been 20 hours already, and I still don’t receive my solutions.

  The normal turnaround is 24 hours, so probably the solutions are on the way. Also it may be the case that a longer turnaround was agreed, so in that case we’ll usually take the agreed amount of time




• My solutions don’t show any equations, what’s happening?.
  
  

  Answer:

  The equations written in word are created using MathType, and you shouldn’t have a problem to see them. In case you have, please contact us and we can send you a pdf version that will show the equations for sure.




• Some of the answers you guys sent were wrong..

  Ok, we usually deliver perfect answers. Rarely we’ll hear from a client that an answer was wrong. From our experience, this usually happens when the client forgot to mention something we needed to know to solve the problem, or many times the problems were poorly written, giving rise to misinterpretation. Still, if it was our fault, we’ll refund your money, no problem.
